Barnstondale 2020

Monday 16th March 

Year 2 have has a fabulous first day on their residential. We had a busy day at Chirk Castle where we visited the dungeons, state rooms and gardens. The sun was shining long enough for us to sit outside and do some drawing. 

Once we arrived at Barnstondale it was bed making time! We had chips, sausage rolls and nuggets for tea followed by chocolate cake and marshamallows around the campfire. 

We are now in our pyjamas with a bedtime story ready for a hot chocolate.
