Parish Life

Christ the King Parish

At Christ the King we are lucky to be part of a vibrant and friendly parish in the heart of Bromborough.

Father Tom Thoppaparambil is a welcome and supportive visitor in school. He celebrates Masses and liturgies with us and supports all our children in their faith journeys.

We liaise between home, school and parish because we are aware that the Kingdom of God is built by nurturing, helping, caring and supporting each other. The value of strong links between home, school and parish is the real evidence of Christian community and the vitality of the local Church.

Parish Logo Design

The Parish Council asked our school Faith Leaders to organise a competition for all children to design a logo to be used in Church. Well done to Finlay Dooris, Orlagh Patten, Grace Marriott, Joshua Hughes Ikpoh, Kieran Holmes and Jasper Crosby whose designs were given to the Council. The parishioners were extremely impressed with the quality and creative of the designs and found it really hard to choose between them. They commended all the children for their efforts. Jasper was the lucky winner and the design will shortly be able to be seen on all church publications. Well done!
