KS2 Gymnastics Competition

A big well done to some of our KS2 children, for taking part in the first gymnastics competition held at South Wirral High School. We competed against Heygarth Primary School and the level of skill and technique from both was outstanding. We were really proud of our pupils for taking so much of their own time at home to practise the routines. Well done to Daisy, Ella, Roisin, Amelia, Rachel, Charlotte and India.

Some of our year 3 and 4 children have made us all proud by representing our school in a gymnastics competition at Kingsway Academy. The competition is split into three separate sections: a floor routine, a body management routine and a vault. They have to complete each routine alone and have worked hard to remember all the steps. This wasn’t a competition that you could just turn up to, all children have shown a fantastic amount of dedication by giving up so many lunchtimes to practise. All staff at CTK are immensely proud of their efforts. A big well done to Gabbie, Sophie, Lily, Sarah, Josh and Lucas!
